1. About these terms
These terms apply when you submit an abstract to, register for or attend ICMBPS 2026, organised by the ICMBPS Organising Committee, Adelaide, South Australia ("we", "us"). By registering you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Registration
- A registration is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
- One registration admits one named person. Co-authors who want to attend must register separately.
- Fees depend on your category and the date you pay, as shown on the Registration page. Student fees may require proof of enrolment.
- Prices are in US dollars (USD).
3. Abstracts and presentations
- By submitting an abstract you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that all listed authors have agreed.
- Accepted presenters must register by 15 December 2026 to stay in the programme.
- You keep copyright in your work. You allow us to publish your abstract, title, name and affiliation in the programme, on this website and in any book of abstracts.
- Presentations must follow the guidelines, including time limits.
4. Programme changes
The programme is provisional. We may change speakers, session times or content where needed, and will tell registered delegates about significant changes as early as we can.
5. Visas and travel
You are responsible for arranging your own visa, travel, accommodation and insurance. An invitation letter supports your application but does not guarantee a visa. If your visa is refused, the Refund Policy explains what you can claim.
6. Conduct
We expect everyone to treat other participants, staff and venue employees with respect. We may remove anyone who harasses others or disrupts the conference, without a refund.
7. Photography and recording
We may photograph or film parts of the conference for reports and promotion. If you don't want to appear, please tell the registration desk. Please don't record other people's presentations without their permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the registration fee you paid, and we're not responsible for travel or accommodation costs or indirect losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
