Can I get an invitation letter for my visa?
Yes. Invitation letters are issued privately to delegates who have registered and paid. They are sent by email and never published on this website.
Will I receive a certificate?
Registered participants receive a certificate of attendance. Presenters' certificates name their presentation. Co-authors receive certificates once they have registered and paid.
Can my co-authors attend on my registration?
No. One registration admits one person, so each co-author who wants to attend must register and pay separately.
How long does abstract review take?
The International Scientific Committee reviews each abstract within one week of receipt. If a revision is requested, please return it within two days.
Can I present more than one abstract?
Yes, but each speaker can give at most two oral talks at the conference.
How do I pay?
Payment is made through a secure hosted checkout once you complete the registration form. A receipt and invoice are emailed to you automatically. Fees are in US dollars (USD) and can be paid by credit or debit card.
What if I need to cancel, or my visa is refused?
